Customer Support Technician |
Job Description & Responsibilities: |
Provide first line support to internal and external customers using Windows and linux platforms. Call logging. Call escalation where necessary. |
Skills Required:
Knowledge and understanding of basic IT.
Knowledge of where to power up computer and where to configure
networking settingsExcellent written and spoken communications skills.
Ability to work under pressure

Experience:
1 year of computer use |
Qualifications:
5 Olevels with at least Maths and English
|
Essential:
Prior troubleshooting experience.
Willing to work in 24*7 Support (Including Night Shifts)
Prior experience to giving instructions
Knowledge of local ISPs and passion to learn.
